The Creation Has Feelings by James Stewart
Prototype One stared longingly at its creator. P1 wished it had lips as luscious, a body, some hair or some sort of voice box. These moments of melancholy caused P1's tear-ducts to rust and frustration to swell inside its circuitry. It was hard for a robot falling in love.
James Stewart hails from Bonnie Scotland. He is a 30-something chap with a bonnie wife and bairn and enjoys writing in his spare time.
